Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Equipment

  • Baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (natural)
  • cup grapeseed oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4-6 tsp water (as needed)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix dry ingredients together (flour, salt, baking soda, sugar)
  • Stir in the oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and chocolate until well combined.
  • Add in enough water to moisten all dry ingredients, (dough should be very thick).
  • Roll the dough into 16 balls and place them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Press down on the top of each ball of dough to flatten a bit.
  • Bake 12-14 minutes, until lightly golden
  • Cool cookies and enjoy!
