Pale yellow with greenish reflections, bright and clean. Varietal aromas appear on the nose: tropical fruit, flowers and fennel. Fresh on the palate, broad and with a marked fruity sensation. The acidity and floral nuances give it persistence.
La Val, Vintage 2020 Albarino	$49
The wine has an intense and clean straw-yellow colour with bright green tones. On the nose it shows aromas of fresh herbs and laurel with fine floral and lemon notes, as well as white stone fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and rich, with citrus notes and a long finish.

Grapes are: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre (most French Rose’s are a blend of these varietals). Made by the Perrin Family, who are viewed as one of the best producers not just in the Rhone Valley, but all of France. One of the top winemaking families in the world.
Belle Provençale FR 2017	$39
The beauty of Provence expresses itself in this pale pink Rose with aromas of strawberry and fresh cut watermelon. Dry on the palate with flavors of berries finishing with a distinctive minerality and balanced acidity.

100% Malbec that is completely unoaked. Matias Fraga, the owner of MAAL, wanted to show how good quality Malbec could be with no make-up (or oak). Just Buitiful.
Marques de Caceres Excellens Rioja, SP 2014	$41
From one of the pioneer wineries in Rioja, Caceres creates a Excellens red in the style of a Rioja Reserva. Small production and only available for restaurants.
Von Strasser Cabernet Sauvignon 2018	$75
Von Strasser's Diamond Mountain District Cab is an elegant expression of Diamond Mountain District. This blend of six single vineyards all within this AVA offers a softer, approachable style highlighted by its fruit forward nature. There are notes of bright red fruits, pomegranate, eucalyptus, vanilla and supple tannins.
Chemistry Pinot Noir 2017	$38
The 2017 vintage was stellar, producing well-balanced, elegant wines. The Chemistry Pinot Noir is no exception. Sourced from premier sites in the Willamette Valley, this wine is bright garnet in color thanks to the warm vintage. Aromatics of plum and blueberry lead to a lush and juicy palate with silky tannins that build to a structured finish.

Family owned and run by David Ramey, Ramey Cabernet is your classic delicious Napa Valley Cabernet.
El Peral Malbec – Mendoza, Argentina, 2017	$30
This Malbec, harvested by hand, from the Tupungato area shows all its typicality; purple color with black and blue shades, a very fruity mouth with notes of plums and raspberries. As it opens you can sense leather, and roasted coffee. It is a structured wine with sweet tannins and balanced acidity on the palate.

Olcaviana Cabernet Sauvignon Sierra Norte Organic *	$38
Vegan certified D.O. Jumilla La Vista Cherry red color with a garnet rim and ruby reflections. If you stir it in your glass you will see a thin, slow-falling tear. Black fruit, sweet spices and vanilla notes blend in a balanced way. Spicy finish with good persistence.
Olcaviana Tempranillo, Sierra Norte, Organic *	$36
A cherry-red colour with light purple glints. A cherry-red colour with light purple glints. Intense aromas of fruit, such as cherries and plums, together with subtle violet notes. Clean on the palate with hints of wild red berry fruit coming through. Fresh and fruity. Flavoursome, long and elegant.
Barón Ladrón de Guevara Cosecha Vino de Autor, Rioja	$48
Barón Ladrón de Guevara de Autor Cosecha 2020 is a young red wine produced by Bodegas Valdelana under the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin. It is a wine made from Tempranillo grapes that contains a small amount of 5% Viura grapes that intensifies the aromas of this wine.

Grapes carefully selected from the oldest vinyards. Pleasant finish with balsamic notes in the background. Fruit and oak perfectly blended. 95 % Tempranillo, 5% Graciano
Equilibrio Sierra Norte, Sierra Norte, Organic	$42
Cherry red color with a garnet rim and ruby reflections, it generates fine, clean, slow-falling tears. Complex nose, where black fruit, sweet spices and vanilla notes blend in a balanced way. If it is oxygenated, little by little aromas of red fruit, undergrowth and aromas of wet earth appear. On the palate it is tasty, fresh, slightly balsamic, with good body and well-marked ripe tannins. Spicy finish with good persistence.
Bodegas Ismael Arroyo Valsotillo Reserva 2014	$98
A cherry-red color with a garnet rim and ruby glints. Slow-trickling fine, clear tears. A complex nose with a harmonious mingling of black fruit and sweet spices, together with vanilla notes. On swirling, red berry fruit aromas gradully come through with hints of forest floor and damp earth.

Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience. With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel.

Pours copper in color with notes of citrus and tropical fruit in the aroma. Flavor has upfront citrus bitterness with a hint of caramel and citrus and tropical fruit hop notes in the finish.
Funky Buddah Hop Gun	$5.50	----
Hop Gun IPA delivers a payload of good ol’ American hops straight to your palate, bursting forth with the flavors of grapefruit and pineapple. A careful dose of smooth caramel malts swoop in to balance out the finish.

If you desire a wine or beer not currently available on our lists, you have two options you can choose between

Option 1

Request your specific choice of wine and/or beer from The Real Food Academy and it will be provided at the event of class you've booked. Applicable pricing applies.

Option 2

Bring outside beer and wine and pay a corkage fee of $15 per opened bottle for wine (750 ml, $30 for 1.5 L) and a flat fee of $20 for beer. The $20 fee for beer is a one-time fee that applies to the entire amount of beer for parties of 14 or less (One-time beer fee is $50 for parties of 15 or more). Please note the Wine corkage option is ONLY available for cooking classes.
