Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

all-purpose flour

oat flour

baking soda

granulated sugar

grapeseed oil

maple syrup

vanilla

(as needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix dry ingredients together (flour, salt, baking soda, sugar)
Stir in the oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and chocolate until well combined.
Add in enough water to moisten all dry ingredients, (dough should be very thick).
Roll the dough into 16 balls and place them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Press down on the top of each ball of dough to flatten a bit.
Bake 12-14 minutes, until lightly golden
Cool cookies and enjoy!
