Fruit Parfait

Equipment

  • Bowls for mixing
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Clear cup to plate
  • spoon
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 4 cups yogurt Greek style, low fat vanilla flavor optional
  • 2 cups honey (or pure maple syrup)
  • 1 cup strawberries cut in small dice
  • 1 pint fresh blackberries (or raspberries or blueberries)
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup granola (can be nut-free)

Instructions

  • Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey or maple syrup
  • Scoop ¼ cup yogurt into the bottom of each of the 4 tall glasses.
  • Combine the berries and bananas.
  • Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
  • Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
