South Florida is booming with snow birds this week as spring break is underway in the sunshine state, and I'm really excited to tell you about this week's adult and kids cooking classes.
First, on Thursday night we'll be focusing on a topic most students need help with: Knife Skills, Kitchen Essentials and Cooking Techniques. Then, on Saturday morning, kids will be doing their favorite: Making pasta from scratch!

Next, in our recipes section, we share simple & healthy dishes that include a healthy superfood vinaigrette for your salads, a hearty twice baked potato and, a delicious berry dessert that doubles as breakfast!
I look forward to seeing you on Thursday and Saturday, and hope you will continue to make healthy choices when choosing food to fuel your body - and soul!
