Fruit roll ups are a great way for your kids to get lots of antioxidants! Blend some strawberries or your favorite berries and make them onto a leather fruit! Super fun to eat and loaded with vitamins!

Healthy Fruit Rollups

  • 1 pint strawberries diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Place strawberries in food processor until blended.
  • Add honey to sweeten and half lemon juice( if desired).
  • Pour into prepared pan and spread out into a thin, even layer.
  • Bake for 2-2 /1 hours or until the center is set and is no longer sticky.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Carefully peel up the fruit roll-up and place the sticky, smooth side on parchment paper.
  • Cut to size so that you have an even rectangle to work with. (I usually cut off the edges of the fruit roll ups since they are usually crunchy and uneven.
  • Cut into 2-inch strips and roll-up firmly.
  • Store in airtight container.
