Ingredients
1can (15 ounces)Black Beans, no saltdrained, rinsed & drained again
3largeeggs
⅓cupbuttermelted
¼cupcocoa powder
⅛tspnsalt
2tspnvainilla extract
½cupcane sugar
½cupdark chocolate chips
1/3 cupwalnuts(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray or butter an 8 inch pan or cupcake tin
Place the black beans, eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, and sugar in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
Remove the blade and gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
Bake the brownies for 25 minutes, or until just set in the center.
