If you like avocado, you will be amazed how easy and delicious this version of Avocado baked fries are. You can have it as an appetizer with a spicy mayo-sriracha dipping sauce or simply added it to a salad as a topping.

Avocado Baked Fries

Crispy baked avocado dipped in bread crumbs

  • 2 avocados firm
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour unbleached
  • 2 eggs organic
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ` black pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha


  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Season avocados with salt and pepper.
  • Place flour, eggs and panko in 3 separate shallow dishes.
  • Coat the avocado wedges in the flour, then dip in the egg. Coat both sides with the panko, pressing to help it stick.
  • Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet. Coat both sides with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown, turning halfway through 15 minutes.

Siracha- Mayo

  • Whisk mayonnaise and Sirash in a small bowl.
  • Serve the avocado fries with the Srirasha Mayo. And enjoy!
