These simple wraps come together in less than 30 min, and they are incredibly hearty, healthy and filling!

  • Cutting Board and knife

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic (diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • ¼ small onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • Romaine lettuce (for serving)


  • Heat avocado oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the Frying pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and ground turkey until well combined.
  • To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the turkey mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style. Serve with rice
