Gluten Free Cranberries and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2cupchickpea flour
1cupoat flourSee below how to make at flour
3/4cupchocolate chip cookies
1/2cupcranberriesdry
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/4cupsugarorganic
1/4cupgrapeseed oil
1/4cupmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients together (flours, salt, baking soda, sugar).
Stir in the oil, maple syrup, vanilla, cranberries and chocolate until well combined.
Add in just enough to moisten all of the dry ingredients (the dough should be very thick).
Roll the dough into eight balls and place them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Press down on the top of each ball of dough to flatten a bit.
Bake 12-14 minutes until lightly golden.
After removing the baking sheet from the oven, press down on the top of each cookie lightly with a fork to flatten them a bit. This is compacts the cookie, giving it a chewy center and crisp edges.
