Ingredients
1tbspavocado oil
1lbground turkey
Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2clovesgarlic(diced)
1red bell pepper(diced)
1green bell pepper(diced)
¼smallonion(diced)
2tbspsoy sauce
½tspfreshly grated ginger
3greenonions(thinly sliced)
Romaine lettuce(for serving)
Instructions
Heat avocado oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat and set aside.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the Frying pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and ground turkey until well combined.
To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the turkey mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style. Serve with rice
