Brazilian Cheese Bread
This typical Brazilian snack is lightly crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and has a cheese flavor that just hugs your mouth.

Ingredients

egg
room temperature

avocado oil
⅔
cup
milk

tapioca flour

cup
pamesan
(or queso fresco)

salt
or more to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Add tapioca flour, cheese, and salt, into a mixing bowl
In the middle add the egg, oil, and half of the milk
Combine all ingredients little by little and then add the remaining milk
Make tennis size balls and transfer them into a tray
Take it to the oven for 7 to 10 min or until they are golden
