This smoothie can be made with water, nut milks or any lactose free milks. Coconut water is one of my favorite. You can also add ice in order to make it more slushy.

Ingredients
1frozen banana peeled and sliced
2cupsfrozen strawberriesyou ca also substitute for for raspberries or blueberries.
1cupyour favorite milkalmond, rice or coconut
1 or 2 tbsphoney or agave(optional)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
Cooks note: For non-dairy smoothies, substitute 1 cup milk forĀ water or coconut water.
