Spinach Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

Spinach
Organic is best. (up to 2 cups)

Pineapple
(diced)

Yogurt
Low fat or Greek

Kiwi

Banana
(sliced)

Coconut water
(up to 6oz to taste)

tbsp
Flaxseeds
(can be replaced with Flaxseed oil)
Instructions
In a sandwich size bag, cut up banana, kiwi, pineapple, and yogurt to the sandwich bag and freeze overnight.
In the morning, place your frozen smoothie in the microwave for 30 seconds, break up the frozen fruit and add to blender.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Flax Seeds or 1 tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil.
Add 1-2 cups of loosely packed Spinach and blend! :)
Notes
For the coconut water,
I like ZICO Original or ZICO Pineapple coconut water for this one, SOBE makes a good one too!
