Healthy Chocolate Monkey Bread
A twist on a favorite, this healthy alternative bakes up in muffin shape for even easier sharing.

pitted and chopped into small pieces

Greek yogurt

milk

honey

vanilla extract

cocoa powder

baking soda

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking muffin tin.
In a large bowl, add bananas and chopped dates and mash well. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla. Stir well.
In a separate bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips to the wet mixture; stir just until combined. Avoid over mixing.
Pour batter into the muffin tray to 3/4 full
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
